Have Land? Let’s Talk.
We buy land from families, estates, and long-time owners across the Southeast. You'll get a fair price and a straight answer without a long runaround.
Families, estates, and long-time owners.
Most of the land we buy has been in the same family for decades. Farms, timber tracts, parcels passed down more than once. For a lot of the people we deal with, selling closes a chapter, and we try to handle it that way. Whether you’re just testing the market or working through a probate, you’ll get a straight answer quickly.

Four reasons it’s different.
We Close.
When we sign a contract, we perform. We won't tie up your property for months and then walk.
We Pay Fair Value.
We price on what the land can support at its highest and best use, which is usually more than the current comps show.
We Know How To Maximize Your Land's Value.
Our engineering background lets us price what the land can actually become. We work through the development potential before we make an offer, so the number is grounded in something real.
Direct.
You deal with us directly. The terms we agree to are the terms we close on.
Rooted in the Southeast.
Alabama, Florida, Georgia, and the Carolinas. We know the terrain, the municipalities, and the growth corridors in these five states. If your parcel is in one of them, we want to hear about it.

A simple, straightforward process.

Answers, up front.
What kind of land does Grayridge buy?
Land with development potential across Alabama, Florida, Georgia, and the Carolinas: farms, timber tracts, estate holdings, and vacant parcels. Acreage varies by product type, so if you aren't sure whether yours fits, send it in and we'll tell you straight.
How fast will I hear back after submitting my property?
Usually within 5 to 7 business days. If the parcel qualifies, that response is a written offer.
How do you decide what to offer for my land?
We price on highest and best use, meaning what the land can support once it's developed. Our engineering background lets us work through topography, drainage, utilities, and the entitlement path ourselves, so we can often see value a buyer working from comps alone would miss.
Do I need a broker or a listing to sell to Grayridge?
No. We buy directly from owners, which keeps questions and decisions moving. If your land is already listed, we're glad to work with your broker.
My land is part of an estate or in probate. Can you still work with me?
Yes. A lot of the land we buy comes from estates and families working through a transition. We'll move at whatever pace the process allows.
Am I committing to anything by submitting my property?
No. It's a no-obligation way to find out what your land is worth to a developer. If we make an offer, you can accept it, turn it down, or sit on it.
Tell us about your property.
We review every submission personally. If your land fits what we develop, you’ll hear from us directly, usually within 5-7 business days.
